MASE IS9,6 single phase marine generator with KUBOTA Z722 engine with diesel power supply at 3600 rpm capable of delivering a power of 9,6KW.

The MASE IS9,6 marine generator is designed with a soundproof cabin that makes it supersilenced. The MASE IS9,6 is built with Kubota diesel-powered engine and synchronous alternator, self-excited with air/water cooling. With its small size, it is also suitable on small boats.

The marine generator CBU control module has a new design, the latest technology, a large display and micro-buttons for quick navigation of menus, start and stop procedures; IP54 protection rating. Very compact, 86x124mm and equipped with 10mts shielded cable, the CBU module has multiple functions for complete monitoring of the MASE IS9.6.

The soundproof cabin of the MASE IS9,6 consists of a supporting structure in aluminum profile that supports panels in marine aluminum painted type 5754 extremely light and very high resistance to external agents. The excellent accessibility to the internal compartment makes maintenance easier even with the genset installed in narrow spaces.

The cooling of the motor occurs through the circulation of coolant in a closed circuit. The system is composed of a cupronickel exchanger, inside which the heat exchange between coolant and sea water takes place. Two separate pumps circulate the coolant and seawater. The cooling of the air, circulating inside the generating set, is obtained through a sea water/air heat exchanger. The air flows guarantee an effective cooling of the alternator and the achievement of an optimal temperature for the performance and reliability of the machine. This system has the advantage of guaranteeing the best operating conditions of the generator set regardless of the ambient temperature of the accommodation compartment.

The MASE IS9.6 marine generator has EPA certification valid only for the U.S. market.
