Many payment methods available


Purchases made on Man.El. Service srl are safe and guaranteed and can be made in several ways:

  • Payment by Credit Card (including American Express)

  • Payment via Bank Transfer (in advance)

  • Payment via PayPal

  • Payment via Satispay

  • Cash on Delivery Service (upon request)

  • Payment in Cash (up to 3,000 Euros) at our offices

Payment by Credit Card
In cases of purchase using a credit card payment method, the bank will authorize the charge for the amount corresponding to the purchased goods. In the event of an order cancellation, either by the customer or if Man.El. Service srl does not accept the contract, Man.El. Service srl will request the cancellation of the transaction and the return of the amount charged. The release times depend solely on the banking system and may extend up to their expiration (24th day from the authorization date). Once the transaction is canceled, Man.El. Service srl cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by the banking system.

Man.El. Service srl reserves the right to request additional information or copies of documents proving the ownership of the card used in special cases. If the customer does not provide such information and/or copies, Man.El. Service srl reserves the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract. At no point during the credit card purchase process does Man.El. Service srl have access to personal information regarding the cardholder, as this information is transmitted directly to the bank’s site managing the transaction. For this reason, Man.El. Service srl cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties during the payment process on its website.

Payment via Advance Bank Transfer
If payment is made via advance bank transfer, the order will only be processed after receiving confirmation of the deposit from the bank.

The payment must be made within 5 days from the order date. After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.

The payment reference for the bank transfer must include the order number, order date, and the customer’s full name.
