The DOMETIC PERFECTVIEW CAM1000 is a blind spot camera suitable for truck installation, complete with software for advanced object detection.

The software of the DOMETIC PERFECTVIEW reliably distinguishes between moving objects such as cyclists and static objects such as lampposts. The driver is only warned by an optical/acoustic alarm in case of real danger. In addition, the situation in the vicinity of the vehicle is displayed on the monitor.

The camera image is evaluated by the camera control unit. Objects moving in the same direction as the vehicle are detected and marked on the monitor with a movement arrow. The arrow moves together with the detected object and serves as an optical signal.

The DOMETIC PERFECTVIEW CAM1000 camera is designed for installation above the passenger window of the driver's cabin and features a movable ball head for easy adjustment, it is designed to be installed in commercial vehicles.

Thanks to the infrared LEDs integrated in the optics of the DOMETIC CAM1000 camera, it is possible to obtain a clear and sharp image even in the dark.
