SICES DST4602 EVOLUTION is a highly configurable genset controller for advanced and complex parallel applications where many settings (functions and parameters) are required to manage the genset.

SICES DST4602 EVOLUTION allows you to connect up to 24 gensets on the same bus, operating either in island mode or in parallel with the grid. Thanks to the controller's high level of configurability and built-in PLC functions (with PID blocks), SICES DST4602 EVOLUTION can be used for cogeneration power plants equipped with gas, diesel, biofuel and dual fuel engines.

Thanks to the integrated Air-Fuel Ratio (AFR) control system, the board provides additional functionality particularly suited to this type of plant. SICES DST4602 EVOLUTION in addition to the internal load distribution functionality, is equipped with a synchronizer and W and VAR controller. 

SICES DST4602 EVOLUTION can be used with all SICES controllers (GC600, GC400). In the case of several gensets in parallel with the network where synchronization of return is required, it can be interfaced with Sices network controllers (MC200, MC400), to avoid in this way further blackouts on the loads. Configurable parameters simplify the management of standard and custom tasks.

All parameters can be set directly from the controller's keypad or by using the free software tool (BoardPRG3), available on the SICES website. A free PLC editor (SicesPlcEditor) is also available to set the PLC logic. SICES DST4602 EVOLUTION provides several communication interfaces for local or remote control. You can also expand the built-in protections by using the external protection relay D-PRO, in case of complex applications, such as Oil & Gas stations.

The large 7" color graphical display with TFT technology provides the user with an intuitive interface designed for quick and easy viewing of measurements and alarms from the genset. Events and periodic data are stored in the internal memory and can be viewed on the front panel display.
