Genset MPM 20/500 SS-Y is a super-silenced 20 kVA STAGE 0 engine-driven welder, equipped with a three-phase Yanmar 4TNV98 diesel engine,
 ideal for arc welding and simultaneous electricity generation on construction sites.​

Main features

Designed for professional applications, it delivers a maximum three-phase power of 20 kVA at 400 V and a single-phase power of 6.6 kVA at 230 V,
 with asynchronous alternator and current regulation range from 30 A to 500 A (intermittent 500 A - 40 V at 60%).
The 1500 rpm engine with 4 cylinders, displacement of 3319 cm³ and water cooling, includes electric starter,
 70 L tank and consumption of 6.7 L/h at 75% load.

Design and silence

Silenced with a sound power of 92 Lwa (67 dB at 7 m),
it has compact dimensions of 2015 x 900 x 1300 mm and a dry weight of 945 kg, facilitating transport and handling.
The socket configuration includes 1x16A 400V single-phase, 1x32A 230V single-phase and 1x32A 400V three-phase, with a starting voltage of 70 V.

This compact and durable welder is suitable for frequent use in industrial contexts, guaranteeing reliability and STAGE 0 emissions.
