HELVI FLEXY160 Welding machine

HELVI FLEXY160 is a single-phase inverter welding machine designed to be powered by any power line with voltages between 90 V and 270 V. Thanks to the FLEX-LINE system, the HELVI FLEXY160 welding machine automatically recognises the input voltage (110 V or 220 V). HELVI FLEXY160 is equipped with a PFC system, which ensures excellent efficiency allowing welding with high currents and low absorption.
HELVI FLEXY160 is a single-phase welding machine with 115 V or 230 V power supply and 50/60 Hz frequency. The HELVI FLEXY160 welder has a nominal power rating of 60% of 2700 W at 115 V and 2900 W at 230 V for a maximum current of 100 A at 115 V and 160 A at 230 V.
The HELVI FLEXY160 welding machine is designed for MMA and TIG welding with electrodes with diameters ranging from 1.6 mm to 3.25 mm at 115 V and from 1.6 mm to 4 mm at 230 V.
The no-load voltage of the HELVI FLEXY160 welding machine is 55 V and has a current regulation from 10 A up to 100 A at 115 V and from 10 A up to 160 A at 230 V.
