AGROWATT AWB 4-25 SINGLE / THREE-PHASE PTO GENERATOR 25 KVA

The AGROWATT AWB 4-25 single-phase / three-phase PTO generator is capable of delivering 25,0KVA with AVR voltage regulator. 

The AGROWATT AWB 4-25  is composed of a frame on which an alternator is placed, which can be connected to the tractor by a special speed increaser on one side, while on the opposite side it is provided with an electric panel with sockets.

The frame of the generator has been projected in order to allow it to work in the best way without being subject to strong vibrations that can compromise its reliability, in addition it is very simple and practical to connect it both to the lifting system and to the power take-off, determining a manageable use without too many troubles. 

The AGROWATT AWB 4-25 is driven by means of a cardan connection thanks to the action of the P.T.O. (Power Take Off) of an agricultural tractor through direct coupling to the cardan shaft. The whole is fixed on a sturdy metal frame to protect the alternator and allow for more convenient use.

The AGROWATT AWB 4-25 needs to be connected to a tractor capable of delivering 77 Hp or more for proper operation.

Voltage Regulator AVR

The voltage regulator is indispensable to make the generator work at its best, in fact it needs an electronic control system, an AVR, which guarantees the good working of the machine and of the electric net underneath it.

The purpose of the AVR, in a current generator, is to maintain a stable output. And if its operation is very simple when resistive loads are fed, more complex is the matter in case of mainly inductive loads: the delayed current opposes the inductor magnetic field, causing a voltage drop at the alternator output terminals; to compensate the phenomenon, the AVR intervenes automatically increasing the excitation current, until the output returns to the nominal value. If the load is capacitive, the current magnetizes the inductor causing an increase in output voltage, and the AVR intervenes by reducing the excitation current.
