BM2 TITAN 235T HOT AIR GENERATOR (OIL-GAS)

BM2 TITAN 235T is an indirect combustion hot air generator, of large size for more voluminous environments, it can indifferently mount an external oil, LPG or methane burner.

BM2 TITAN 235T is equipped with a centrifugal fan that, in addition to being very quiet, guarantees high prevalence (500 Pa), a feature that is particularly advisable for installations where long ducting is required. The combustion chamber with 5 smoke passes also guarantees a thermal efficiency of 96%.

BM2 TITAN 235T is supplied with:
- Burner cover drawer allowing protection from shock, dust, water, The new heat exchanger combined with the new higher performance fans allow to obtain a thermal efficiency of 96%
- A better anchorage of the supporting structure of the machine thanks to strong fixing brackets that allow its movement on any surface
- Supporting structure with removable panels for internal washing, even when the machine is hanging
- Panels with cross-shaped reinforcing bends to guarantee greater rigidity and strength
- Use of metric screws and inserts only for fastening, no self-tapping screws
- Smoke exhaust protection in combustion chamber made of plastic material with retention chains

Protection fan (IP 55):
- very quiet (noise ≤ 67 db at 2 meters);
- high prevalence and performance that provides a high flow rate and static pressure (500 Pa) for the homogeneous and long-distance diffusion of hot air through ducts or conduits;
- fan anchored to the supporting structure by means of sturdy side members and fixing brackets;
- adjustable damper of restoration;

Rear electric control panel (IP 65):
- positioned in the rear part avoids the contact with dust, water, snow etc;
- provided with a strong metal cover that allows also the shelter of tools and documents;

Front electric service panel (IP 65):
- positioned in the front part of the machine inside the burner cover drawer: to avoid that it is in contact with dust, water, snow for an easier maintenance; for an easier control and intervention of the operator
