BM2 FIRE 25 HOT AIR GENERATOR

The BM2 FIRE25 is a diesel-powered hot air generator with an integrated burner and a radiation system without air movement, ideal for large work environments where it is crucial to avoid suspended dust.

The flame generated by the BM2 FIRE25 burner heats the reflector, which, thanks to the high temperatures, stops and burns all combustion residues, guaranteeing 100% efficiency.

The innovation of the BM2 FIRE25 lies in the adoption of a dedicated burner, replacing traditional burners available on the market (Ecoflam, Riello, Lamborghini, etc.). This eliminates the ceramic fiber refractory cone found in the combustion chambers of similar machines, replacing it with a multilayer cone composed of three concentric cones. These cones are cooled by a fan that simultaneously generates the airflow needed for the diesel combustion and resulting flame. Thanks to this innovation, the BM2 FIRE25 eliminates technical issues due to the fragility and brittleness of ceramic fiber, achieving better cooling of the generator's outer casing.

The BM2 FIRE25 hot air generator includes:

- Electronic flame control with photoresistance
- Interface compatibility with thermostat, humidistat, or timer
- Electrical power cable (1.5 m) with plug
- Combustion chamber in stainless steel AISI 430
- Outer casing cooling through forced air over the entire surface of the cone
- Timed post-ventilation for cooling the combustion chamber
- Diesel supply hoses in hydrocarbon-resistant rubber with metal coating
- Impact-resistant rotational polyethylene tank
- Diesel tank closure cap with vent valve
