BA.M.E. MEC90L 1.1KW 6 POLES SINGLE PHASE ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRIC MOTORS

The motor electric BAME MEC90L is capable of delivering a power of 1.1KW, asynchronous single-phase closed construction with protection class IP54.

BA.M.E MEC90L is an asynchronous AC motor in which the angular speed of the rotor is lower than the speed of rotation of the magnetic field generated by the stator windings.

The BA.M.E. motor has been designed to be both protected against the accumulation of dust inside it and against splashes of water from any direction, making it incredibly safe and usable in many areas without the fear of the presence of water.

The BA.M.E. electric motor is a continuous duty or S1 motor that allows the motor to continue to work even under constant load and remain in thermal equilibrium, making it particularly efficient even with heavy loads, without the fear of malfunctions or overvoltages that could compromise its operation.

BA.M.E. MEC90L is complete with a capacitor essential for starting and running. Thanks to the capacitor the current on one or more windings is altered to create a rotating magnetic field which leads to the rotation of the motor shaft. The motors supplied already complete with electrical protections, do not need to be adjusted, the protections are adopted according to the overall characteristics.

Electric motors allow a better management at partial loads, maintaining a more constant efficiency over the arc of use, this is due to the fact that an induction motor the magnetic field intensity in the rotor is determined by the magnetic field in the stator.

The electric motor generates 4 magnetic poles, two North and two South. If you make a turn along the air gap, for a quarter turn you are in a North pole, for the next one in a South pole, the next one still North and you finish the turn with a new South.
