The motor electric BAME MEC71 is capable of delivering a power of 0,55KW, asynchronous single-phase closed construction with protection class IP54.

BA.M.E MEC71 is an asynchronous AC motor in which the angular speed of the rotor is lower than the speed of rotation of the magnetic field generated by the stator windings.

The BA.M.E. motor is characterized by a closed structure with protection class IP54 which ensures that the unit is protected from dust accumulation inside and water splashes from any direction, making it incredibly safe and can be used in many areas without the fear of water.

The BA.M.E. electric motor is a continuous duty or S1 motor that allows the motor to continue to work even under constant load and remain in thermal equilibrium, making it particularly efficient even with heavy loads, without the fear of malfunctions or overvoltages that could compromise its operation.

BA.M.E. MEC71 is complete with a capacitor essential for starting and running. Thanks to the capacitor the current on one or more windings is altered to create a rotating magnetic field which leads to the rotation of the motor shaft. The motors supplied already complete with electrical protections, do not need to be adjusted, the protections are adopted according to the overall characteristics.

The electric motor generates 4 magnetic poles, two North and two South. If you make a turn along the air gap, for a quarter turn you are in a North pole, for the next one in a South pole, the next one still North and you finish the turn with a new South.
