Faithful to its roots, however, WFM maintains the entire production process in plants located in Italy. The primary production plant is located near Piacenza, in Emilia Romagna, an area historically known for its tradition of success in the engineering sector and in the production of engines.

PROCESSES AND TECHNOLOGIES

The technological investments of WFM have been oriented to increase the production capacity and the high quality and flexibility of its products. The automation of sheet metal working processes and the latest generation of painting systems make it possible to satisfy all customer requirements. The production plants are equipped with precision punching machines, laser cutting and bending machines, welding robots and polyester powder coating systems for external use, which comply with current environmental regulations.

GENERATORS AND LIGHT TOWERS FOR EVERY APPLICATION FIELD

The WFM product range is very wide and is constantly updated and improved to meet the needs of the global market. The generators are equipped with the best brands of diesel and petrol engines as well as alternators. The soundproofed cabins of the super-silenced generators are made of galvanized steel, directly inside the WFM production plants.
For specific applications, such as in the film and entertainment industry, WFM also manufactures generators with noise levels below 59dB (A).
In addition, WFM offers generators with synchronization systems for power plants, units with remote control devices, compact generators, welding machines, motor pumps, cardan generators and light towers.
The WFM lighting towers are equipped with a hydraulic elevation system and are fitted with LED lighting heads, they are mainly used for applications in harsh environments: civil defense, rental, mining.
Today, WFM also offers hybrid system light towers, meeting the modern needs of energy saving and pollution reduction.
