SATEPA UVAM45 UV Sterilizer  4x150W

SATEPA UVAM45 UV Sterilizer is a high-efficiency water disinfection system,
designed to treat flow rates of up to 45 m³/h (220 GPM) guaranteeing an initial dose of 300 J/m².
It uses four 150 W UV lamps each, with a lifespan of 14,000 hours, to ensure constant and reliable disinfection over time.

Hydraulic and construction characteristics

The SATEPA UVAM45 UV Sterilizer is made of AISI 304 EN 1.4301 stainless steel, with the possibility of an optional version in AISI 316 EN 1.4401 for more demanding applications. It is configured in a "Z-chamber" format, with a vertical working position, a 2 1/2" male threaded connection and a 1/2" male exhaust, and supports a maximum operating pressure of 9 bar. The device measures 935 mm in height with a diameter of 168 mm, making it compact and suitable for installation in civil and industrial systems.

Electronic control system

The SATEPA UVAM45 UV Sterilizer is managed by a UV3 digital electronic control unit, with dimensions of 400 x 400 x 200 mm (W x H x D). The control unit monitors each lamp individually, signals the end of life, counts the total hours of operation of the system and has a partial resettable lamp life counter for accurate maintenance management. The system also features dry contact relays for interfacing with other devices in the system.

Power and protection

As for the power supply, the SATEPA UVAM45 UV Sterilizer operates at 230 Vac ±10%, with a power consumption of 600 W. It is supplied with a 1.5 m power cable (1.5 m lamp cables included), simplifying connection operations. The control unit offers an IP54 protection rating, ensuring adequate resistance to dust and water splashes for installations in technical environments.
