Double walled tank, vertical axis, made of carbon steel
EN 10025. The external protective tank has a containment capacity equal to 100% of the inner tank. The structure is supported by support skirt and bottom bars that allow movement with a forklift truck on empty.
THE DTV - DP is equipped with
- Manhole protection thermowell (size Ø 420 mm), complete with hinged and padlockable lid, with manhole on the inside flanged Ø 450 mm., equipped with :
- Quick grip loading connection with ring nut, UNI 3" in aluminium homologous. M.I;
- 90 % internal load relief valve, M.I. approved;
- Float level indicator with indicator dial ;
- Vacuum lifting eyebolt welded to the upper bottom;
- Venting device 1" ½" with flame breaker end cap in brass;
- AISI steel earthing connection;
- Suction connection 2", positioned at a height from the bottom of
Approximately 10 cm to safeguard the quality of the product avoiding the suction of sediment or water deposited on the bottom of the tank.
- Drainage 1", with closing cap ;positioned on tank bottom;
- External access ladder to the manhole;
- Visual leakage control system on cavity through visual warning light;
- Painting with bi-component bottom and dried water-based paint oven-baked after sheet metal washing treatment.
