BM2 FIRE 45 HOT AIR GENERATOR

BM2 FIRE45 is a hot air generator powered by Diesel, with integrated burner, radiant without air movement, suitable for large working environments where it is essential not to have dust suspended in the environment.

The flame that is generated by the burner of the BM2 FIRE45 heats the dish which, thanks to the high temperatures, stops and burns all the residues of combustion, guaranteeing an efficiency of 100%.

The innovation of BM2 FIRE45 is the adoption of a dedicated burner, replacing the traditional ones that are on the market (Ecoflam, Riello, Lamborghini, etc. ..). This eliminates the refractory ceramic fiber cone found in the combustion chambers of similar machines and replaces it with a multilayer cone composed of 3 concentric cones whose cooling is ensured by a fan that provides, at the same time, to generate the air flow necessary for the combustion of diesel and the consequent flame. Thanks to this innovation of the BM2 FIRE45 the technical problems due to the fragility and friability of the ceramic fiber are eliminated and a greater cooling of the external casing of the heater is obtained.

The BM2 FIRE45 hot air generator comes complete with:

- Electronic flame control with photo resistance
- Possibility to interface with thermostat, humidistat or timer
- Power supply cable (1. 5 m) with plug
- Combustion chamber made of AISI 430 stainless steel
- External casing cooling by forced air over the entire surface of the cone
- Timed post-ventilation for cooling the combustion chamber
- Fuel oil feeding hoses in rubber resistant to hydrocarbons with metal coating
- Tank in rotational shockproof polyethylene
- Fuel oil tank screw cap with vent valve
- Fuel oil drain plug
- Adjustable diffuser cone with locking device
- Lifting hooks
