BA.M.E. MEC90S 1,84KW 2 POLES SINGLE PHASE ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRIC MOTORS

The motor electric BAME MEC90S is capable of delivering a power of 1,84KW, asynchronous single-phase closed construction with protection class IP54.

BA.M.E MEC90S is an asynchronous AC motor in which the angular speed of the rotor is lower than the rotation speed of the magnetic field generated by the stator windings, hence the asynchronism (as opposed to the synchronous motor, in which the rotor speed is a direct function of the stator field generation frequency).

The BA.M.E. electric motor is characterized by a closed structure with protection class IP54 which ensures that the unit is protected from dust accumulation inside it and from water splashes from any direction, making it incredibly safe and usable in many areas without the fear of the presence of water. In addition, the BAME MEC90S motor is available in a variety of designs to suit any application.

The BA.M.E. electric motor is in continuous duty or S1 which allows the motor to continue to work even under constant load while remaining in thermal equilibrium, which makes it particularly efficient even with heavy loads, without the fear of malfunctions or overvoltages that could compromise its operation.

The BA.M.E. motor is composed of a non-threaded shaft and a plastic protection fan cover to avoid the contact of hands or foreign bodies on the cooling fan.

The motors supplied already complete with electrical protections, they do not need to be adjusted, the protections are adopted according to the overall characteristics.

They are in compliance with Directive 2006/42/EC as components, commissioning is not permitted until the machine as a whole is also declared compliant.
In addition, they meet the requirements of the standard CEI EN 60204-1 "Electrical equipment of the
machines"
