MECC ALTE ECP28-1L/2 C-TYPE ALTERNATOR 25KVA THREEPHASE

Alternator MECC ALTE ECP28-1L/2 C-TYPE with a power of 25KVA, this unit has a Brushless self-exciting and self-regulating operation equipped with DSR voltage regulator.

The ECP28-1L/2 C-TYPE alternator is designed to operate at 50 or 60 HZ frequency, the possibility of working on these two frequencies makes it possible to apply it for any service voltage increasing its versatility, for the correct operation.

The ECP28-1L/2 alternators mount button-type diodes, mounted directly in the exciter's diode holder, or mounted on a detachable diode bridge, divided into three sectors. In the case of the bridge, each single diode can be checked very easily with a multimeter specially set for diode checking; disconnect the three sectors completely and check each diode in both directions. In case of one or more faults, it is advisable to replace the complete bridge.

MECC ALTE ECP28-1L/2 C-TYPE is supplied with 12 terminals (7 clamps), with which it is normally possible to connect the alternator both in series star and parallel star. According to the needs it is possible to pass from a connection to another one keeping in mind that it is necessary to verify the DSR connection.

ECP28-1L/2 C-TYPE can be used as singlephase depending on the needs. MECC ALTE ECP28-1L/2 is equipped with digital current regulator DSR . The regulator is suitable for operation on both threephase and singlephase generators, allowing fast, accurate and reliable tuning. 

All MECC ALTE ECP28 alternators have the MAUX auxiliary winding to power the DSR digital regulator. You can connect the DSR voltage regulator to your PC via the DxR2 USB interface and DxR TERMINAL software to query/download alarms and settings for analysis.
