SCHENKER MODULAR 60 BASIC is a watermaker equipped with three membranes of 2.5'' x 21'' thanks to which it is able to deliver 60 l/h of osmosis water.

Compactness and wide range of capacities allow to satisfy all needs. The flow rates shown are nominal and therefore may vary by ±20% depending on actual operating conditions.

The power consumption is lower than traditional systems, up to 80%. For example, to produce 60 liters/hour of fresh water, only 240 W are needed. The normal recharging of the motor is therefore largely sufficient to replenish the consumed energy, without the need for a generator.

Because of the very low power consumption the SCHENKER MODULAR 60 BASIC can be powered directly from the batteries. It is possible to install the SCHENKER MODULAR 60 BASIC even without a generator set. Due to the 80% lower power consumption and the absence of a generator, the CO2 emissions required for water production are reduced by more than 85%. Only SCHENKER allows you to make water and truly respect the environment.

The use of SCHENKER MODULAR 60 BASIC watermaker is extremely simple, as no regulation is required. All systems are equipped with automatic pressure regulation. No direct access to the watermaker is required. All functions are performed remotely via the remote panel. The SCHENKER MODULAR 60 BASIC does not use high-pressure pumps. The result is extremely quiet operation and a total absence of vibrations.

The parts of the watermaker that come into contact with the sea water are mostly carbon fiber or acetal resin. The Schenker watermaker is therefore totally corrosion-free. In the 2.0 systems, all components potentially subject to wear such as o-rings and traditional hydraulic seals have been eliminated. The sealing and sliding elements are made from innovative nano-technology pads. These materials exhibit an abrasion resistance up to 15 times higher than steel.

The SCHENKER MODULAR 60 BASIC systems use the new, patented ERS device as an alternative to the high-pressure pumps of conventional systems. This device amplifies the pressure provided by low-pressure pumps, enabling extremely high energy efficiency. The typical power consumption of a Schenker watermaker is only 4 Watth/liter.
The ERS is designed specifically for marine applications and is made of materials that are completely impervious to saltwater. Moving parts are kept to a minimum, thanks to a patented solution that eliminates the need for pilot valves.
