The SCHENKER MODULAR 300 DIGITAL INVERTER is a watermaker equipped with three 4'' x 40'' membranes, capable of producing 300 l/h of desalinated water.

The indicated flow rates are nominal and may vary by ±20% depending on actual operating conditions. Thanks to its extremely low power consumption, the watermakers can be powered directly by batteries. It is also possible to install the watermaker even without a generator.

With 80% lower energy consumption and no need for a generator, CO2 emissions required for water production are reduced by over 85%. Only the SCHENKER MODULAR 300 DIGITAL INVERTER allows you to produce water while truly respecting the environment.

The use of the SCHENKER MODULAR 300 DIGITAL INVERTER is extremely simple, as no adjustments are required. In fact, all systems are equipped with automatic pressure regulation. Therefore, no direct access to the watermaker is necessary. All functions are performed remotely through the remote panel.

The SCHENKER MODULAR 300 DIGITAL INVERTER does not use high-pressure pumps. The result is extremely quiet operation with no vibrations. The parts of the SCHENKER MODULAR 300 DIGITAL INVERTER in contact with seawater are mainly made of carbon fiber or acetal resin. The SCHENKER MODULAR 300 DIGITAL INVERTER is therefore completely corrosion-free.

In the 2.0 systems, all components potentially subject to wear such as o-rings and traditional hydraulic seals have been eliminated. The sealing and sliding elements are made with innovative pads manufactured with nanotechnology. These materials exhibit abrasion resistance up to 15 times higher than steel.

The ERS has been specifically designed for marine applications and is built with materials completely unaffected by brackish water. Moving parts are reduced to a minimum, thanks to the patented solution that eliminates the need for pilot valves.
