ELE21 TANK FOR FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS AND FUEL, CAPACITY 2100 LITER

ELE21 is a large horizontal tank for flammable liquids and fuel, with a capacity of 2100 liters, suitable for storage, powering generators, burners, and heating.

The ELE21 tank is certified for the storage of category "C" flammable liquids and for powering generators, burners, and outdoor heating, in compliance with Presidential Decree 1391 of 22/12/1970, circular 29/07/1971, to the Ministerial Decree of 28 April 2005 and to the Ministerial Decree of October 2007 and subsequent updates on the matter.

ELE21 is a cylindrical tank with a horizontal or vertical axis made of S235JR carbon steel sheet (UNI-EN 10025) with a thickness of 20/10 or 30/10 mm, externally treated against corrosion by pickling the sheet metal, zinc chromium anti-rust primer and two-component enamel finish.
The ELE21 is painted in a paint booth with scrupulous reduction of pollutants in compliance with the environment.

ELE21 is complete with a containment basin with a volumetric capacity equal to 110% of that of the tank

- ELE21 tank: DN 400mm manhole, 3'' fill, 90% load limiting valve, 1" flame arrester vent, suction and delivery connections, dial level, level indicator, total bottom drain and 1'' plug, provision for earthing and equipotential bonding, support and anti-rolling feet for the tank, vacuum lifting points, treatment against corrosion.
- ELE21 containment basin: self-supporting S235JR carbon steel structure with a capacity equal to 110% of the tank volume, total bottom drain and 1'' cap, lower riser, invitations for mounting the roof, external treatment and anti-corrosion paint.
- Plate, Manual and certification: warning and safety signs, punched metal identification plate, installation, use and maintenance manual, declaration of conformity and other certifications as per current legislation.
