The BADA TMB20 transpallet in AISI 304 stainless steel equipped with an integrated weighing system, designed for use in humid and corrosive environments where required impeccable cleanliness and hygiene and to solve corrosion problems associated with the use of acids and saline solutions.
Thanks to its construction characteristics, and the construction entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel , the pallet truck can be used in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Resistant, easy to handle and with an ergonomic design, it fully responds to the most stringent hygienic requirements as it can be sanitized with regular high pressure washing.
The weighing system consisting of 4 IP68 stainless steel load cells positioned under the forks, a compact multifunction weight indicator, practical for use by the operator and such as not to hinder the handling maneuvers. With the BADA TMB20 transpallet , for each lifted load it is possible to immediately know the relative weight, optimizing the movement and handling of the goods, thus saving time and labor.
BADA TMB20 is a pallet truck built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel (including the lifting pump and hydraulic components), and is equipped with waterproof bearings and bushings built in polyamide material as required by the food industry.
The BADA TMB20 pallet truck can be supplied with optional accessories (at the explicit request of the customer with a surcharge) which further increase its efficiency. The customer can request:
• AISI 316 stainless steel fitting
• printer for weighing system
• frame made to measure for gripping special loads
• fork width and / or non-standard fork gauge
