CUMMINS C44D5E GENERATOR 44KVA SINGLE-PHASE/THREE-PHASE SILENCED

The CUMMINS C44D5E generator is equipped with a Cummins 4BTAA3.3-G14 engine powered by Diesel and is capable of delivering a maximum power of 44KVA, complete with Compound voltage regulator.

The Generator is equipped with an electric start and with low fuel consumption, in fact it consumes about 8 litres/hour at 75% of the load for an autonomy of up to 18 hours of operation. The generator set guarantees efficient and silent operation thanks to the Cummins 4BTAA3.3-G14 engine, which allows for the delivery of a maximum power of 44KVA.

Cooling system:
- Radiator mounted on the generator frame and cooled by the engine fan;
- Designed and tested for an ambient temperature of 55 ºC;
- Mechanically operated centrifugal pump;
- 50/50 coolant (ethylene glycol);

- Normal Duty cartridge air filter, with clogging indicator;

- Rectifier for charging the batteries during the stand-by period.

Exhaust:
- Expansion compensator in stainless steel;
- Exhaust silencer, residential type, for noise reduction;
- Grilles protection for the hot parts.

Lubrication system:
- Oil filter;
- Crankcase ventilation.

Fuel supply:
- 150 liter tank which guarantees 18 hours of autonomy at 75% of the load;
- Diesel filter with separator;
- Filler cap with filter and vapor discharge;
- Turn/return the fuel lines;
- Drain cap.

Assembly
- Steel frame;
- Semi-rigid coupling, single bearing alternator;
- Anti-vibration pads between the engine/alternator unit and the frame.
