LARIUS VEGA 34:1 INOX AIRLESS PUMP

The pump LARIUS VEGA 34:1 INOX pneumatic pump is designed for high-pressure coating without the need for air (hence the term AIRLESS) and is capable of delivering a maximum flow rate of 1.4 l/m.

This airless pump is particularly indicated for the use of water-soluble coatings. Unlike air-assisted systems, airless systems nebulizer the material under pressure without the support of air. LARIUS VEGA 34:1 INOX is a pneumatically-driven pump, which puts the material under pressure by delivering a given quantity at 7 bar through the nozzle hole, forming a nebulized jet.

In the air motor, the compressed air generates the reciprocating vertical movement of the motor piston; this movement is transmitted via a connecting rod to the piston of the material pumping unit. This causes the pump to suck in material or push it towards the outlet.

The LARIUS VEGA 34:1 INOX pump is equipped with a trolley complete with handle that allows a comfortable and easy transport, in addition it is supplied complete with high pressure filter, the air supply regulator of the pump, the suction pipe (complete with filter) and the recirculation pipe. The 34:1 ratio means that the material output pressure is 34 times the air pressure of the pump supply.
