VITRIFRIGO STRATOS ROOFTOP AIR CONDITIONER FOR TRUCKS FOR STATIONARY USE 6000 BTU/h

VITRIFRIGO STRATOS is a rooftop air conditioner for stationary use, designed as a single unit fits all truck models with a cooling output of 6000 BTU/h.

Passenger compartment atmosphereis drawn in through the grille treated by the evaporator coil and fed back into the passenger compartment from the vents, cooled and dehumidified. The VITRIFRIGO STRATOS air conditioner is installed on top of the vehicle roof and can be controlled by a remote control provided. The air conditioner provides 3 different modes to meet different needs:

AUTO mode:
Automatic adjustment to ensure maximum performance.

ECO mode:
The electronic board regulates the speed of the fans and the compressor to minimize consumption and increase operating autonomy.

NIGHT mode:
The electronic board regulates the speed of the fans and the compressor to minimize noise inside the cabin.

The VITRIFRIGO STRATOS is able to lower the cabin temperature until the set point is reached. The temperature reached depends on the vehicle model and cab type, the outside ambient temperature and other environmental factors. The system is equipped with a vehicle battery monitoring device. If the battery voltage drops below a certain limit, the VITRIFRIGO STRATOS switches off automatically to save the battery. The air conditioner will be operational again when the battery voltage has risen above the predefined level.
