Schenker ZEN 30 Mini Touch Nautical Desalination System

The Schenker ZEN 30 Mini Touch nautical desalinator is a silent, compact, lightweight, efficient, and affordable system. It can be installed in any position, both horizontally and vertically.

The flow rates indicated are nominal and may vary by ±20% based on actual operating conditions.

The Schenker ZEN 30 Mini Touch's electricity consumption is up to 80% lower than traditional systems. For example, to produce 60 liters/hour of fresh water, only 240 W is enough. Normal engine charging is therefore more than sufficient to replenish the energy consumed, without the need for a generator.

Thanks to its extremely low electricity consumption, the Schenker ZEN 30 Mini Touch can be powered directly from the batteries and is ideal even in the absence of a generator.

The reduced energy consumption (-80%) and the lack of a generator reduce the CO₂ emissions required for water production by over 85%. Only Schenker allows you to produce water while truly respecting the environment.

The Schenker ZEN 30 Mini Touch is extremely simple to use: no manual adjustments are required. All models are equipped with automatic pressure regulation, and functions can be conveniently managed remotely via the Mini Touch remote panel.

The Schenker ZEN 30 Mini Touch does not use high-pressure pumps, thus ensuring extremely quiet and vibration-free operation.

In version 2.0, all components subject to wear, such as O-rings and traditional hydraulic seals, have been eliminated. The sealing and sliding elements are made with innovative materials based on nanotechnology, with abrasion resistance up to 15 times greater than steel.

Schenker watermakers use the patented ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM® (ERS) in place of traditional high-pressure pumps. This device amplifies the pressure of low-pressure pumps, achieving exceptional energy efficiency. Typical power consumption is just 4 watts per liter of product.

The ERS is specifically designed for the marine environment and constructed from saltwater-resistant materials. Moving parts are minimized thanks to the patented solution that eliminates pilot valves.
