SCHENKER MODULAR 150 TOUCH - WATERMAKER 150LT/H

SCHENKER MODULAR 150 TOUCH is a watermaker equipped with a 4'' x 40'' membrane thanks to which it is able to deliver 150 l/h of osmosis water.

Thanks to the very low power consumption watermaker can be powered directly from batteries. It is possible to install the watermaker also in the absence of the generating set.

Because of the 80% lower power consumption and the lack of a generator, the CO2 emissions required for water production are reduced by more than 85%. Only the SCHENKER MODULAR 150 TOUCH allows you to make water and truly respect the environment.

Operation of the SCHENKER MODULAR 150 TOUCH is extremely simple, as no adjustment is required. In fact, all systems are equipped with automatic pressure regulation. No direct access to the watermaker is required. All functions are performed remotely via the remote panel.

The SCHENKER MODULAR 150 TOUCH does not use high-pressure pumps. The result is an extremely quiet operation and a total absence of vibrations.

The parts of the watermaker that are in contact with the sea water are mostly carbon fiber or acetal resin. The SCHENKER MODULAR 150 TOUCH is therefore totally corrosion-free. In the 2.0 systems, all components that are potentially subject to wear, such as o-rings and conventional hydraulic seals, have been eliminated. The sealing and sliding elements are made of innovative pads manufactured using nano-technologies. These materials exhibit up to 15 times the abrasion resistance of steel.

The ERS is designed specifically for marine applications and is made from materials that are completely impervious to saltwater. Moving parts are minimized, thanks to the patented solution that eliminates the need for pilot valves.
