SCHENKER MODULAR 60 TOUCH is a watermaker equipped with three membranes of 2.5'' x 21'' thanks to which it is able to deliver 60 l/h of osmosis water.

Compactness and wide range of capacities allow to satisfy all needs. The flow rates shown are nominal and therefore may vary by ±20% depending on actual operating conditions.

The power consumption is lower than traditional systems, up to 80%. For example, to produce 60 liters/hour of fresh water, only 240 W are needed. The normal recharging of the motor is therefore largely sufficient to replenish the consumed energy, without the need for a generator.

Thanks to the very low power consumption the SCHENKER MODULAR 60 TOUCH can be powered directly from the batteries. It is possible to install the SCHENKER MODULAR 60 TOUCH even without a generator set. Due to the 80% lower power consumption and the absence of a generator, the CO2 emissions required for water production are reduced by more than 85%. Only SCHENKER allows you to make water and truly respect the environment.

The use of SCHENKER MODULAR 60 TOUCH watermaker is extremely simple, as no adjustment is required. In fact, all systems are equipped with automatic pressure regulation. No direct access to the watermaker is required. All functions are performed remotely via the remote panel. The SCHENKER MODULAR 60 TOUCH does not use high-pressure pumps. The result is an extremely quiet operation and a total absence of vibrations.

The parts of the watermaker that are in contact with the sea water are mostly carbon fiber or acetal resin. The SCHENKER MODULAR 60 TOUCH systems use the new, patented ERS device as an alternative to the high-pressure pumps of conventional systems. This device amplifies the pressure provided by low-pressure pumps, enabling extremely high energy efficiency. The typical power consumption of a Schenker watermaker is only 4 Watth/liter.
