SCHENKER MODULAR 30 BASIC WATERMAKER 30LT/H

SCHENKER MODULAR 30 BASIC is a watermaker equipped with a two 2.5'' x 21'' membrane which can deliver 30 l/h of osmosis water.

Compactness and wide range of capacities allow to satisfy all needs. Electricity consumption is up to 80% lower than traditional systems. For example to produce 30 liters/hour of fresh water only 100 W are needed. The normal recharge of the engine is therefore largely sufficient to replenish the energy consumed, without the need for a generator.

The use of the SCHENKER MODULAR 30 BASIC is extremely simple, as no regulation is required. In fact, all systems are equipped with automatic pressure regulation. No direct access to the watermaker is required. All functions are performed remotely via the remote panel.

The SCHENKER MODULAR 30 BASIC does not use high-pressure pumps. The result is an extremely quiet operation and a total absence of vibrations. The parts of the watermaker that come into contact with seawater are mostly carbon fibre or acetal resin. The SCHENKER watermaker is therefore totally corrosion-free.

SCHENKER MODULAR 30 BASIC systems use the new patented ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM ®, which amplifies the pressure provided by low-pressure pumps, as an alternative to the high-pressure pumps of conventional systems, allowing for extremely high energy efficiency. The typical power consumption of a SCHENKER MODULAR 30 BASIC is only 4 Watth/liter.
The ERS is designed specifically for marine applications and is made of materials that are completely impervious to saltwater. Moving parts are kept to a minimum, thanks to a patented solution that eliminates the need for pilot valves.
