LARIUS JOLLY K56500 AIRLESS PISTON COATING PUMP

LARIUS JOLLY K56500 is an airless coating pump for use at high pressure without the need for air (hence the term AIRLESS), capable of delivering a maximum flow rate of 1.8 l/m.

LARIUS JOLLY K56500 is an "electric piston pump" driven by an electric motor coupled to a gear reducer. An eccentric shaft and a connecting rod make it possible to obtain the reciprocating motion necessary for the operation of the piston of the "pumping group". The movement of the piston creates a depression. The product is sucked in, pushed towards the pump outlet and sent through the high pressure hose to the gun.

An electronic device, placed on the side of the reduction box, allows to regulate and control the pressure of the material coming out of the LARIUS JOLLY K56500 pump. When the pressure reaches the set value, the motor stops and restarts when the value decreases.

A safety valve against overpressure guarantees the absolute reliability of the equipment.

For the correct functioning of the LARIUS JOLLY K56500 it is advisable to respect the "minimum necessary powers". The use of lower powers than those indicated may compromise the integrity and operation of the equipment.

The equipment is complete with line filter, 60 Mesh screen, 1/4'' anti-pulsation hose M16x1.5 of 15 mt. AT250 airless gun with M16x1.5 swivel connection, Super Fast Clean base, Super Fast Clean 17-40 nozzle.
