INVERTER VFR500 018F3 THREEPHASE 18,5KW

The Inverter VFR500 018F3 threephase of 18,5KW power is a voltage and frequency converter capable of generating a voltage and frequency controlled threephase system to make it possible to vary the speed of threephase asynchronous motors or vector motors.

The Inverter VFR500 018F3 is equipped with a display for reading and programming with the possibility to activate a very large number of functions, to satisfy every industrial application.

The application of inverters to the various operating machines (pumps, fans, conveyor belts, mills, etc.) allows to obtain a real energy saving, as only the actual power needed is consumed. In fact, the starting by inverter is done by absorbing the actual necessary current, so it is not necessary to take into account the high inrush currents present in case of starting with other systems.

The abbreviation IP corresponds to International Protection Rating and, following the IEC 60529 standard, identifies the degrees of protection of enclosures for electrical devices.

This standard was also created to avoid an excessive use of vague terms, such as "waterproof". Thanks to the IP protection rating it is instead possible to be more exhaustive and precise, clearly defining to what extent the device is shielded against the intrusion of solid and liquid bodies, dust and accidental contact.
