PRAMAC GSW65I SOUNDPROOF GENERATOR WITH AUTOMATIC CONTROL PANEL

PRAMAC GSW65I is a generator with soundproofed enclosure, equipped with NEF45SM1A stage II engine capable of delivering a power of 53,14KW.

PRAMAC GSW65I is equipped with a DSR voltage regulator. The DSR digital control ensures constant voltage values and avoids malfunctions caused by incorrect use. The accuracy of the regulation is ±1% in static conditions with any power factor. Speed variations are between 5% and 30% of rated speed.

All alternators in the series have a fixed armature with inclined slots and a rotating inductor with a damping cage. The windings are shortened to 2/3 of the pitch to reduce the harmonic content of the voltage. The electronic regulator is powered by an auxiliary winding that ensures an almost constant power supply in the various operating conditions of the generator. This winding allows a forced overload of 300% for 20s (short circuit holding), an ideal condition for engine starting needs.

PRAMAC GSW65I is equipped with soundproof enclosure, made of modular galvanized steel panels properly treated to resist corrosion and aggressive environmental conditions, fixed and sealed allow to have a complete seal. The PRAMAC GSW65I generator for maintenance operations is equipped with wide doors, side access complete with stainless steel hinges and handles with lock.
The generators are equipped with modular panels that can be disassembled using special screws protected by plastic caps.

The modular parallel panel mounted on the PRAMAC GSW65I generator, completed with the IG-NTC digital control unit for monitoring, control, protection and load sharing for both single and multiple gensets operating in standby or parallel mode (up to 32 gensets in island).
