CGM 11000STE Stage V Petrol Generator Set

The CGM 11000STE petrol generator set is part of the SUPER POWER series, designed to guarantee reliable power in a compact, easily transportable format and compliant with Stage V emissions regulations. With a nominal power of 8.8 kW and a maximum power of 9.6 kW, it is ideal for powering homes, light construction sites, mobile systems, campsites and hobby uses when single-phase and three-phase emergency power is needed.

The CGM 20HP, 4-stroke petrol engine rotates at 3000 rpm, develops 14.2 HP (10.6 kW) and complies with Stage V regulations, ensuring lower emissions and greater efficiency. The starter is electric with a 12 V battery, making starting quick and easy even in difficult conditions or at low temperatures. The larger 33-liter tank ensures up to 10 hours of autonomy at 75% load, with a consumption of approximately 3.3 liters/hour, ideal for covering blackouts or temporary jobs without continuous refueling.

From an electrical point of view, the 11000STE offers three-phase 400 V – 50 Hz power supply with 3P+N system, power factor 1 and nominal current of 16.4 A. The self-excited alternator with brushes is equipped with an electronic voltage regulator (AVR), which maintains stable voltage with an accuracy of ±1%, protecting the connected equipment from surges and fluctuations. The manual control panel is complete with a Schuko socket, a 16A 5-pin socket, and a 12 VDC output, as well as a thermal protection switch, a digital display for voltage and frequency readings, and an integrated hour meter.

The structure is built on a sturdy epoxy powder-coated steel base, with an integrated trolley and handles for manual handling, designed for easy movement even on yards and construction sites. The anti-vibration rubber mounts reduce vibration and noise, improving comfort of use and the longevity of the components over time. Weighing 99 kg and compact in size (700 x 530 x 580 mm), this generator is easily stored and transported on vans or work vehicles.

The 11000STE is supplied complete with initial fill fluids, ready for use after preliminary checks and refueling. It is important to remember that the 3000 rpm generators are designed for emergency/stand-by use: it is not recommended to use the generator for more than 6 continuous hours or exceed 500 hours of operation per year, so as to guarantee its reliability and longevity.
