GENERATOR 36KVA THREE-PHASE SUPER SILENT

The generator three-phase is equipped with Yangdong Y4102D diesel-powered engine, capable of delivering a power of 36KVA complete with AVR voltage regulator and automatic control panel.

This generator  equipped with electric, manual or automatic start with 12 V battery, and is; equipped with DSE4520MKII control unit which allows you to view all the electrical parameters of the engine and generator, the functions, the status of the generating set, manage the entire group and view, if any, the system errors or alarms. The group has low fuel consumption, in fact it consumes only 6 litres/hour at 75% of the load, combined with a large tank of 65 l capacity; maximum, it will give you; an autonomy of approximately 10.8 hours.

This groupset is equipped with a soundproofed cabin, made of 20/10 thick carbon steel, folded and electro-welded, with IP23 protection class and which can be opened in two sections. This cabin allows an incredible reduction of noise pollution, to the point of making it supersilenced. The generator set guarantees efficient and silent operation thanks to the Yangdong Y4102D engine, which allows to deliver a maximum power of 36KVA.

AVR voltage regulator

An Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) is a must have. an electronic device that controls the output voltage of an alternating current (AC) generator to keep the voltage constant. Its main purpose is; that of preventing the output voltage of the generator from increasing or decreasing too much, guaranteeing a constant voltage for the electrical devices that are powered by the generator.

The AVR works by sensing the generator output voltage and then adjusting the generator field current to maintain the desired output voltage. As the output voltage decreases, the AVR increases the generator field current to raise the output voltage. Conversely, as the output voltage increases, the AVR decreases the generator field current to decrease the output voltage.
