The KOHLER SDMO DIESEL 6000 generator is equipped with a Diesel Kohler KD15-440E_C5 STAGEV engine, capable of delivering a maximum power of 4.9KW, complete with voltage regulator with capacitor (Optional AVR).

The strengths of the generator are: the high quality of the components, the lightness, the compactness, the ease of use and also the modern design. It is equipped with an electric start and has been specially developed to be practical to transport in any circumstance.

 The KOOLER SDMO DIESEL 6000 generator is equipped with a larger 27l tank and is characterized by incredibly low consumption, only 1.2 l/h, thanks to which the group will guarantee you an autonomy of about 22 hours of work.

STAGEV EMISSION REGULATIONS

The KOHLER SDMO DIESEL 6000 is equipped with a "mobile" STAGEV engine, as required by European Regulation 2016/1628. These new engines make it possible to exponentially reduce the particulate and nitrogen oxide emissions released by the generator into the environment, and guarantee a 200% reduction in environmental impact compared to standard engines.

AVR VOLTAGE REGULATOR

The purpose of the AVR, in a current generator, is to keep the output stable. And if its operation is very simple when resistive loads are powered, the situation is more complex in the case of predominantly inductive loads: the delayed phase-shifted current contrasts the inductor magnetic field, causing a drop in the alternator output terminals; to compensate the phenomenon, the AVR intervenes automatically by increasing the excitation current, until the output returns to the nominal value. If the load is instead capacitive, the current acts as a magnet for the inductor causing an increase in the output voltage, and the AVR intervenes by reducing the excitation current
