The machines designed for mounting the CTV (fast tow trolley) accessory are equipped with a ‘declaration of conformity for type-approved vehicles’, allowing them to be legally registered in the country. It can be approved for transport on public roads after obtaining the necessary authorisations from the competent authorities. The maximum speed allowed is 80 km/h and, in any case, the legislation in force in the place of use relating to road transport must be complied with.
