SEMITRASH MOTORPUMP SELFPRIMING FOR DIRTY WATER

The Motorpump SEMITRASH is a selfpriming gasoline powered with a maximum flow rate of 1100Lt/min with air cooling suitable for any dirty water application.

The selfpriming motor pump is suitable for dirtywater and slush with a solidity percentage of up to 50%. Used on construction sites, in emergency road repairs for heavy mud, also could be used as cleanwater.

The SEMITRASH engine has a cast iron cylinder barrel with excellent performance and highly reliable semi-professional quality, easy to start, ensures low noise and vibration with low consumption. Thanks to its only 35 Kg and to the trolley equipped with wheels it is possible to re-launch it easily and effortlessly wherever it is needed.

The selfpriming motorpump has a maximum flow rate of 1100Lt/min which makes it incredibly efficient due to its small and handy dimensions.

The selfpriming motorpump with a flow rate of 1100Lt/min is part of a type of hydraulic centrifugal with over-beam installation. Therefore, like all such types of machines, it sucks in a higher level of the liquid to be pumped and therefore needs adequate priming in order to function correctly.

The selfpriming is the ability to suck in the air contained in the suction pipe during the starting phase of the motorpump.

Once the motorpump has been installed and before its first start, the pump body must be filled with water through a special upper door.

Then the motorpump is put into operation; the rotating movement of the impeller creates a strong turbulence in the liquid contained inside the pump body that generates a depression (up to 0.8 bar) inside the pipe that sucks in the air contained in it.
