IRONSYSTEM CCT - 500/6 BRIDGE/COLUMN

IRONSYSTEM CCT - 500/6 is a jib/column crane consisting of a 270° manually rotating jib with a maximum capacity of 500 kg.

The cranes IRONSYSTEM MCT - 500/6 are an economic, simple and practical solution, generally used to serve single workstations. In order to simplify the work between the different processing phases, it is also possible to use an overhead crane to connect the workstations and easily move the semi-finished or finished products.

IRONSYSTEM CCT - 500/6 is equipped with ball bearings for the rotation that allow a rotation without tearing. The arm, made of a special press-bent channel profile, stable and light, ensures the best sensitivity of swinging and sliding of the carriage. The rigid structure of the column ensures the stability of the carriage during all the lifting phases.

IRONSYSTEM CCT - 500/6 respects the standard of painting is of the type to powder RAL1004, but can also be supplied hot galvanized or treated with specific cycles for external or marine environment, even highly aggressive.

The peculiarity of these plants is given by the possibility to adapt to narrow areas and limited spaces where other plants could not be arranged. Moreover, by guaranteeing multiple configurations, they can also be installed in structures with low ceilings, with particular obstacles or with specific requirements.
