The VICTRON Quattro 12/5000/220-100 represents an advanced-level combined inverter and charger, similar to its MultiPlus counterpart, but with the aim of delivering exceptional performance. This device excels due to its ability to accommodate two alternating current (AC) inputs and automatically connect to the presently active source. Its features are extensive, but particularly noteworthy are the pure sine wave inverter, adaptive charging, and PowerAssist hybrid technology.

The VICTRON Quattro 12/5000/220-100 can connect to two distinct AC sources, such as power from the electrical grid and a generator. Fully automated, the device links to the active AC input. Its primary output is equipped with an uninterrupted power supply (no-break) system, ensuring a steady flow of energy to connected loads even in cases of interruptions in power supply from the grid or generator.

The second output of the VICTRON Quattro 12/5000/220-100 becomes operational only when an AC source is available in one of its inputs. This output is ideal for powering loads that don't require direct battery energy, such as air conditioning or hot water boilers.

The VICTRON Quattro 12/5000/220-100 inverter charger also provides protection against overloads in situations where AC sources are limited, such as when using a generator or being connected to the electrical grid. In such circumstances, the VICTRON Quattro 12/5000/220-100 automatically adjusts battery charging to prevent potential overloads.
