LARIUS NOVA 45:1 AIRLESS PUMP

The pump LARIUS NOVA 45:1 pneumatic pump is designed for high-pressure coating without the aid of air (hence the term AIRLESS) and is capable of delivering a maximum flow rate of 14 l/m.

The stainless steel version is particularly suitable for the use of water-soluble coatings. In contrast to air-assisted systems, Airless systems nebulizer the material under pressure without the support of air. LARIUS NOVA 45:1 is a pneumatically driven pump, which puts the material under pressure by dispensing a given quantity at 7 bar through the nozzle hole, forming a nebulized spray pattern.

LARIUS NOVA 45:1 essentially consists of a motor and a structure called "Material Pumping Assembly" or more simply "Pumping Assembly".

In the pneumatic motor, compressed air generates the reciprocating vertical movement of the motor piston; this movement is transmitted via a connecting rod to the piston of the material pumping unit. This causes the pump to suck in the material or push it towards the outlet.

The pump LARIUS NOVA 45:1 is equipped with a trolley complete with handle that allows a comfortable and easy transport, in addition is supplied complete with high pressure filter, the regulator of the air supply of the pump, the suction tube (complete with filter) and the recirculation tube. The 45:1 ratio means that the material output pressure is 45 times the air pressure of the pump supply.
