SCHENKER MODULAR 500 DIGITAL INVERTER WATERMAKER 500LT/H

SCHENKER MODULAR 500 DIGITAL INVERTER is a watermaker equipped with four membranes of 4'' x 40'' thanks to which it is able to deliver 500 l/h of osmosis water.

The indicated flow rates are nominal and therefore may vary by ±20% depending on actual operating conditions. Thanks to the very low power consumption, SCHENKER MODULAR 500 DIGITAL INVERTER can be powered directly from batteries. SCHENKER MODULAR 500 DIGITAL INVERTER can also be installed without a generator set.

Thanks to the 80% lower power consumption and lack of a generator set, CO2 emissions required for water production are reduced by more than 85%. Only the SCHENKER MODULAR 500 DIGITAL INVERTER allows you to make water and truly respect environment.

In 2.0 systems, all components that are potentially subject to wear, such as o-rings and conventional hydraulic seals, have been eliminated. The sealing and sliding elements are made with innovative pads made with nano-technologies. These materials exhibit an abrasion resistance up to 15 times higher than steel.

SCHENKER MODULAR 500 DIGITAL INVERTER systems, as an alternative to high-pressure pumps of conventional systems, use new patented ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM ®, which amplifies the pressure provided by low-pressure pumps, enabling extremely high energy efficiency. The typical power consumption of a SCHENKER MODULAR 500 DIGITAL INVERTER is only 4 Watth/liter.
ERS is designed specifically for marine applications and is made of materials that are completely impervious to salt water. Moving parts are kept to a minimum, thanks to patented solution that eliminates need for pilot valves.
