SICES GC600 generator set control board

SICES GC600 is a generator control board based on a dual microcontroller, to ensure a high level of performance and safety.
Suitable especially for parallel applications, it includes a wide PLC environment to meet all the requirements of the most complex applications.
A powerful board, for customers who demand the full satisfaction of all their needs.

The large color display makes this controller suitable for a wide range of applications, displaying the operating status in a clear and intuitive format.
Available in two versions, it can be interfaced with electronic motors and with traditional motors. Depending on the type of application, you can choose between two versions: SICES GC600 Recommended in applications with multiple generator working in parallel in isolation or to the network.

Both versions include a PLC with PID functions, making it possible to implement custom logics, avoiding the need for traditional external PLCs.
Based on load demand, the controller can automatically start/stop the generator .
SICES GC600 features intelligent load management, suitable for installations consisting of generator of different
power ratings. SICES automatically selects the best combination of generator to power the load, thus avoiding fuel and energy waste.
Automatic equalization of operating hours is also available.

SICES GC600 features a high quality 4.3" TFT color display for quick and easy viewing of measurements and statuses.
A variety of communication ports such as USB, RS232, RS485 (isolated) and Ethernet for remote monitoring are also standard.

SICES GC600 comes with a historical archive to store periodic events and data.
The stored information is accessible from the front panel display.
Both versions include a hardware watch-dog circuit to alert the user in case of internal microcontroller failure.
