APPLICATIONS OF FLUX DIESEL 79

Tank cleaning for industrial and nautical vehicles

The 79 litre/minute pump flow rate, combined with the power of the jet coming out of the hose, allows tanks of up to 700 litres to be cleaned without having to dismantle them from the chassis of the vehicle.
All you need to do is fill the tank with diesel fuel, add 1 litre of anti-microbial and peeling additive, thread the two hoses and start the machine.
At the end of the cycle you will get a tank cleaned and disinfected by the bacteria present in the biodiesel.
The diesel used for cleaning will be automatically filtered from all dirt detached from the tank and separated from any water on the bottom.
The fuel is therefore usable and must not be disposed of.

Diesel filtration directly on the tank for refuelling

By connecting the suction pipe to the tank's drain plug and inserting the return hose into the filler neck, you can completely filter the diesel fuel contained before filling your vehicles.
Periodic filtration also prevents dirt and water from accumulating on the bottom of the tank.
For this type of use, the installation of the litre-counter is recommended, so as to know exactly when all the diesel has been filtered.

Diesel fuel transfer between two tanks with filtration

- Above ground tanks
By connecting the suction pipe to the drain plug of the first tank and inserting the return hose into the filler neck of the second tank, it is possible to transfer fuel between two tanks by filtering it during the operation.
For this type of use it is recommended to install the litre-counter, so as to know exactly the quantity of diesel transferred.

- Underground tanks
By inserting the suction pipe into the filler neck of the first tank and inserting the return hose into the filler neck of the second tank, it is possible to transfer fuel between two tanks by filtering it during the operation.
For this type of use two accessories are recommended: Liter counter, to know exactly the quantity of diesel transferred, depth suction kit, to vacuum up to 7 meters deep.

MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES

Wheels with locking brakes
Greater safety even on sloping floors thanks to the locking brakes attached to the two wheels.
Metal tanks for preventing oil spillage Greater safety against oil spillage in working areas thanks to the two metal collection tanks. The first tank is welded to the frame, the second is removable.
to allow quick emptying and subsequent cleaning
or to store used cartridges.
Transparent suction filter
The filter is transparent to allow the operator to check the status of the diesel fuel being filtered.
Digital litre-counter (On request)
Litre-counter equipped with an already installed stylus battery.
Ideal for monitoring the exact amount of diesel oil filtered or transferred from one tank to another.
